In many cases, trenchless rehabilitation is possible. The so-called inliner method makes it possible that the pipe to be rehabilitated does not have to be uncovered, but the existing accesses are used. As a result, your building or garden remains intact and there are no reconstruction costs. The inliner method, which can be used over short distances ("short liner" or "point liner") as well as long distances ("long liner"), can be used to repair almost all types of damage. Rehabilitation using the inliner method is possible in almost all areas, so that pipes with diameters from DN 50, bends, branches and downpipes can be rehabilitated.
In addition to the inliner method, there are other methods, such as the "Sprayliner" system, which also uses the existing accesses and thus represents a cost-effective and long-lasting solution for your wastewater system!
Pipe rehabilitation procedure
Not all damage is the same. Our certified specialist companies will work with you to create the rehabilitation concept that is right for you.
First, the condition of the pipes, including the damage to be rehabilitated, must be documented by means of a TV inspection. If necessary, the pipes must be cleaned to remove any existing deposits, root ingrowths or other foreign bodies. Subsequently, the most suitable method for the rehabilitation will be determined and you will receive an offer from our specialist companies. Once you have placed the order, the rehabilitation will be carried out by our trained specialists. At the end of the rehabilitation, the condition of the rehabilitated pipes is documented again with a camera inspection. If required, a leak test according to DIN EN 1610 can also be carried out to prove the tightness of the rehabilitated pipes.
