First, it must be determined where the blockage is located: in the public connection sewer in the street or in the private base pipes on the property. If a RohrStar technician is on site, they can check this, for example, via the inspection shaft on your property.
If the drain in your inspection shaft is clear, the blockage is in the private area. In this case, RohrStar is your contact for blockage removal.
If the drain in your inspection shaft is not clear and there is backed-up wastewater in the shaft, the blockage is most likely in the public connection sewer (public area). In this case, the city/municipality may be responsible. Feel free to call us and we will clarify the responsibilities for you.

Order Acceptance Pipe Cleaning
Our emergency service for pipe cleaning in Berlin is available 24 hours a day, so at any time of day or night – whether during the week or on weekends.
In a conversation with our dispatch, you describe your problem so that we can get a first impression of what needs to be done and which equipment will be necessary. We can then tell you what costs you can expect. Please understand that this cost estimate can only be confirmed on site once our technician has assessed the actual extent of the damage.
Remove Pipe Blockage
We will then arrange an appointment for one of our technicians to come to you. We always strive to be there within a time frame of 30 minutes to a maximum of two hours!
When our technician arrives, they will first check where the problem is and discuss the work and associated costs with you; this way, we want to ensure the most cost-effective solution for you! If further damage is discovered during the work, our technician will inform you immediately to clarify the next steps with you.
Pipe Cleaning Acceptance
After the work is completed, the result will be shown to you and a thorough functional test will be carried out together with you.
The work order will also be filled out together with you at the end, and all work will be reviewed again. Recommendations will be given if further work (e.g., due to defective pipes) is necessary. If desired, a camera inspection of the "problem areas" of your pipes will be carried out and documented for you. Afterwards, you can be sure that everything is working reliably again!
