High-pressure flushing

Wastewater systems are used to drain sewage and rainwater. Over time, various solid materials accumulate in the pipelines, impairing the drainage of this wastewater.

To ensure the transport capacity of the pipelines in the long term or to solve acute problems, high-pressure flushing may be necessary. For this purpose, a high-pressure hose is introduced into the system through a manhole or a cleaning opening directly in the wastewater pipe. Solids or deposits are removed from the pipes using water pressure, thereby eliminating drainage obstacles.

RohrStar has both vehicles with high-pressure flushing systems for pipelines from DN100 to DN300, as well as mobile flushing units primarily used for smaller-diameter wastewater pipes in the range of DN25 to DN70 in residential and housing areas. With special attachments, it is also possible to remove roots or hardened deposits from wastewater pipes. Costly excavation work can often be avoided as a result.
